WarmSpeak is a voiceover service inquiry and delivery website, not a self-service TTS SaaS or realtime API. Submitting a form does not create a binding project or guarantee availability.

A project begins only after scope, voice direction, delivery format, timeline, price, and other material terms are confirmed in writing.

Standard first-version delivery is voiceover audio. It may include text-to-speech, batch voiceover, multiple voice versions, or authorized voice cloning as confirmed in the quote.

Finished video, subtitles, editing, mixing, background music, realtime API access, and platform approval guarantees are outside the standard scope unless separately agreed.

You must have the rights, permissions, and valid consent needed to provide scripts, trademarks, recordings, and voice samples, including authorization for any requested voice cloning or voice reuse.

You may not request impersonation, fraud, harassment, deceptive endorsement, unlawful surveillance, or other unauthorized use of a person's voice.

Website descriptions are general and do not establish a fixed price or delivery date. Quotes depend on script length, languages, voice requirements, batch size, cloning needs, and scheduling.

Changes to scripts, pronunciation, voice direction, languages, or delivery requirements may require a revised quote and timeline.

We aim to follow the confirmed script, pronunciation, pacing, and voice direction. AI-generated audio may still require review and does not guarantee an exact human performance, commercial outcome, or platform approval.

You are responsible for final review before publishing or distributing delivered audio.

You retain rights in materials you provide. Rights in final deliverables are governed by the applicable quote or agreement after payment of agreed fees.

WarmSpeak retains rights in pre-existing tools, templates, workflows, and general know-how that do not contain your confidential project content.

The website may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, it is provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in a written project agreement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these terms as the website or service changes. The date above shows the latest version. Project-specific written terms take priority if they conflict with this page.
